The goal of the authors when writing this book was to provide a textbook and a reference book for students, clinicians and academicians. It contains important and common orthopaedic conditions encountered amongst patients. The book is divided into four sections depending on the content of the chapters comprising details of basics and foundational concepts of the musculoskeletal system, clinical evaluation and investigations from a physiotherapist’s perspective, management strategies used in orthopaedic physiotherapy practice and physiotherapy approaches in traumatic and non-traumatic conditions. Clinical examples provide a clear understanding of the assessment and management processes. It is a unique depiction of all topics related to orthopaedic conditions.
