With this project, we attempt a unique perspective on surgical education; we want communicate the nuances and reasoning of senior authors’ wisdom and experience. We worked to create a concise and valuable guide, written for the sophisticated audience, who already understands the mechanics of a procedure but will benefit from focused commentary on technical pearls and details. These points will help the readers to streamline their technique and avoid complications.
